Its just a Tuesday

Really...that's it.

No, not really.  I had a humbling yet frustrating experience today.  No major issues, just something that needed to be done.  All is well, and hopefully it will make a difference for us.

I'm still going strong with my couch to 5K plan, so that's a plus.  A BIG thank you to my mom for letting the kids come over for an hour in the morning so that I can run and then shower.  So much for her having a summer "break" from my kids huh?

Collin went to library again today.  I cant ever really tell if he likes it, but he hasn't asked to skip it yet, so that's good.

Yesterday he went putt-putt golfing with my dad in the afternoon.  And today he went out to eat with my Nana and Aunt Bootsie.  I told Joe I hope that he doesn't get used to all this attention, he might expect it from us too...(lol)

Tommy has started one of the cutest (annoying at times) habits.  When he wants to have a bite of whatever your having, he comes up right next to you and makes a noise that sounds something like (  UM UM) but its in a low and husky voice.  Sooo cute!  We are still stressing please and thank yous, but so cute.

Sophia's so close to crawling.  Its so hard to believe that she is 7 months old.  With her being so little, I have to remind myself that she is that old.  She has tried macaroni and cheese (out of a babyfood jar), and all I can say is that she does belong in this family.  It was a big hit.

I feel like I should include a picture, but I don't have the card in the computer and I am too lazy to go get it, so I will get a new one soon.

Have a good night!

  1. After having boys and then a girl you will continue to be amazed at how much littler she is! My favorite story about something like that was last summer when I could nto find these really cute brown Elmo sandles that had been Andrew's that I knew he wore when he the second summer so I looked and looked. I found them this summer because they are a size 7 and last summer she was only a 4...that's why!
